Sleepiness – a sleep disorder related to a constant desire to sleep. This is a dangerous symptom, especially for people performing tasks that require long-term attention, such as drivers, as they often tend to doze off briefly, usually while sitting. This symptom is characteristic of many diseases that suppress the nervous system, and is a common side effect of medications.
