Spinal pain

Lumbar pain – is a strong pain in the lumbar region that intensifies when sitting down or rising from a seated position. The pain is tearing in nature and can radiate to the buttocks or sacrum. Often, there is also pain in the lumbar spine. The most common cause of lumbar pain is traumatic (fall, after childbirth), but sometimes it occurs for unknown reasons. It is more common in women. Lumbar pain is also called coccydynia or lumbar neuralgia. It is treated with pressure-reducing cushions, local glucocorticoid injections, lumbar manipulations. In case of ineffective treatment, lumbar removal surgery is possible.
