Enlarged lymph nodes in several areas. The cause may be lymphomas, leukemias, viral infections (HIV, infectious mononucleosis, cytomegalovirus), bacterial infections (tuberculosis, brucellosis, syphilis), toxoplasmosis, sarcoidosis, serum sickness, autoimmune diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis).
