Nervousness manifests in various ways. It includes poor mood, irritability, sensitivity to details, anxiety, vague sense of impending disaster, as well as lethargy, unpleasant, somatic sensations, especially heart area and headaches. Nervousness is characterized by deterioration of well-being and appetite.
