Diet

• Consume more dishes made from starchy foods, including bread, pasta, rice, potatoes.
• Eat more fruits and vegetables, at least 5 times a day.
• Moderately consume foods rich in proteins: meat, fish, eggs, legumes.
• Choose oily fish more often.
• Consume dairy and dairy products moderately, opt for lower-fat products.
• Reduce saturated fats and sugar intake.
• Try to consume less salt, no more than 6 g per day.
• Strive to be physically active and maintain a healthy body weight throughout life.
• Drink plenty of water.
• Always have breakfast.
