Sweating – the secretion of sweat. Sweating is regulated by the nervous system. When excited, drinking a lot of fluids, in hot weather, during physical exertion, sweating is more intense. Night sweats – can be an early symptom of tuberculosis, bacterial infection. Excessive sweating is observed in various neurological disorders, hormonal imbalances, when taking certain medications (for example, antidepressants), in cases of hypoglycemia (low blood glucose levels).
