Rinoviruses

Term

The most common causes of respiratory tract infections. That’s more than 200 different viruses.

RNR species:

Informational RNA (iRNA or mRNA) – RNA that carries information from the nucleus (in the case of eukaryotes) to the site of protein synthesis (ribosomes located in the cytoplasm) about the primary structure of the protein. The process by which RNA polymerase synthesizes iRNA using the genetic information encoded in the DNA molecule is called transcription.
Transfer (transport) RNA (tRNA) – small molecular weight ribonucleic acids that carry amino acids to ribosomes, to the site of protein synthesis (translation).
Ribosomal RNA (rRNA) – associates with proteins, forms ribosomes, and catalyzes the formation of peptide bonds, synthesizing proteins in ribosomes.
