Lupus
This is an autoimmune disease in which many tissues are affected. There is a common form of lupus, characterized by nodular skin lesions on the face, especially around the nose and ears. Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease that affects all organ systems, not just one organ. It is an autoimmune connective tissue disease that manifests in various ways, often with fever, weakness, fatigue, joint pain, arthritis resembling rheumatic, diffuse erythematous skin lesions on the face, neck, upper limbs. It is characterized by epidermal damage and atrophy with lymphadenopathy, pleuritis, pericarditis, kidney glomerular damage, anemia, hyperglobulinemia, as well as other signs of the autoimmune process. It belongs to the group of major collagenoses. Children of any age can be affected by it.
