- I⁰ Obesity: 25.1 – 29.99 kg/m²
- II⁰ Obesity: 30.0 – 39.99 kg/m²
- III⁰ Obesity: 40 kg/m² – 99.99 kg/m²
- IV⁰ Obesity: ≥ 100 kg/m²
Classification and Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Underweight: <18.5
- Normal weight: 18.5 – 25
- Overweight: 25.1 – 30
- Obesity: 30.1 – 40
- Morbid obesity: >40
Broca formula:
- For men: Ideal Weight = Height (cm) – 100
- For women: Ideal Weight = Height (cm) – 100 – 10%
