Urinary incontinence – involuntary urination. Stress urinary incontinence type is when small amounts of urine are not retained during physical stress (lifting heavy objects, coughing, laughing, sneezing). It occurs due to weakness of pelvic muscles, trauma. Neurological urinary incontinence manifests as an uncontrollable urge to urinate. This makes it difficult to control, often resulting in frequent trips to the toilet.
