Tophi in the area surrounding several tendon sheaths

Symptoms
Related diseases

Tophi forming around several tendon sheaths appear as firm, whitish nodules due to the accumulation of urate crystals within an inflammatory tissue matrix. Typically seen in chronic gout where uric acid remains elevated over time, these deposits can cause discomfort and impair movement. The presence of tophi near tendon sheaths often leads to pain during activities, affecting the functionality and flexibility of the tendons and restricting movement.
