The uneven surface of the nodule

An uneven surface on a nodule means the top layer of the nodule is not smooth. It may have a bumpy, rough, or warty texture. This irregular texture can vary in severity and is often noticeable to the touch and visually. The uneven surface can occur in conditions like seborrheic keratosis and certain types of skin cancer. If you find a nodule with an uneven surface, it is a good idea to have it evaluated by a healthcare provider.
