The pelvis rotation and leaning are visible while the child is standing
The pelvis rotation and leaning are visible while the child is standing describes a situation where, while the child is standing, the pelvis appears tilted or rotated. This symptom indicates body asymmetry due to spinal curvature, which is characteristic of idiopathic scoliosis. Because of this curvature, one side of the pelvis may appear higher or lower than the other, or one side may be rotated forward or backward. This rotation and leaning can be seen both from the side and the front when comparing different parts of the body while standing. It may be accompanied by other body asymmetries, such as uneven shoulder height or one shoulder blade protruding more than the other.
