Signs of tooth wear include flattened or chipped teeth, increased tooth sensitivity, and visible wear facets on the chewing surfaces. Enamel loss may expose the underlying dentin, leading to discoloration and a higher risk of cavities. Additionally, you might experience jaw pain or headaches due to the excessive pressure from grinding or clenching.
