Shock occurs due to insufficient oxygen levels in body tissues. This condition decreases arterial blood pressure, increases heart rate, and causes organ dysfunction due to the lack of oxygen. As a result, the body may stop producing urine, and consciousness might be disturbed. It’s important to note that emotional shock is not synonymous with medical shock.
