Hemorrhoidal node fallout refers to a condition where swollen blood vessels around the anus or in the rectum protrude outside the anus. This condition often leads to pain and discomfort, a sensation of fullness in the rectum and possibly bleeding during bowel movements. Noticeable symptoms can include lumps or swelling around the anal area, severe pain and inflammation if the nodes become strangulated, as well as itchiness around the anus, mucus discharge following bowel movements, and fecal incontinence or the lack of control over bowel movements.
