Genital ulcers: Painful or uncomfortable sores or lesions on the genital area. These ulcers may be recurrent and can cause discomfort during daily activities, urination, or sexual intercourse. The ulcers may also be accompanied by redness, swelling, and in some cases, discharge or secondary infection.
