Excavations from the circumferential bag
Excavations from the circumferential bag refer to erosions or ulcer-like lesions on the inner surface of the foreskin (also known as the preputial sac) that encircle the glans penis. These lesions can result from severe inflammation or infection associated with conditions like balanoposthitis. They often cause discomfort, pain, and may lead to additional symptoms such as discharge, bleeding, or difficulty in retracting the foreskin. Prompt medical evaluation is necessary to address these symptoms and prevent complications.
