Discomfort in the chest: a sensation of unease or mild pain in the chest area. It can feel like pressure, fullness, tightness, or a dull ache and may or may not radiate to other parts of the body, such as the arms, neck, jaw, shoulder, or back. This symptom often involves cardiovascular conditions like angina or a heart attack, as well as non-cardiac causes like acid reflux, anxiety, or lung conditions.
