Cloudy urine appears murky or opaque instead of clear.
Common Causes:

- Kidney Stones: Accompanied by severe pain and possibly blood in the urine.
- Dehydration: Concentrates the urine, making it cloudy.
- Dietary Factors: Certain foods or supplements.
- Medical Conditions: Diabetes, kidney diseases, bladder issues.
