Cloudy urine appears murky or opaque instead of clear.

Common Causes:

  • Infections: Urinary tract infections (UTIs) or sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
  • Kidney Stones: Accompanied by severe pain and possibly blood in the urine.
  • Dehydration: Concentrates the urine, making it cloudy.
  • Dietary Factors: Certain foods or supplements.
  • Medical Conditions: Diabetes, kidney diseases, bladder issues.
