Aura

Symptoms

Aura – a condition that often precedes an epileptic or migraine attack. It starts suddenly and lasts for a few seconds. During an aura, the patient experiences hallucinations. They see colors, geometric shapes, black spots, images, flickering in the eyes, smell odors, taste flavors, hear sounds. Sometimes sweat pours, the face turns red, the mouth dries. Several symptoms can occur simultaneously. During an aura, the patient may sometimes not recognize the surroundings, not perceive what is happening around him, but later remembers well. The same patient experiences aura in the same way, so it is possible to determine the focus of irritation in the brain.
