Description
Medicine for dementia. Indications
Symptomatic treatment of mild and moderate organic dementia characterized by memory, concentration, and cognitive function impairment; relief of symptoms of occlusive peripheral arterial disease (Fontaine stage IIb); additional treatment for age-related or vascular origin dizziness and/or tinnitus.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or any excipient.
Dosage
For adults. Oral administration. 40 mg three times a day.
Undesirable reactions
Uncommon: headache, dizziness; nausea, abdominal pain; rash, itching, eczema.
Frequency unknown: hypersensitivity (angioedema, tongue swelling, breathing difficulties); digestive disorders, diarrhea; urticaria; bleeding.
Pregnancy
Not to be used.
Breastfeeding
Not to be used.
Warnings
Use with caution in case of impaired coagulation.
