Ischemic bowel disease

Intestinal ischemic disease is a disorder of the intestinal circulation that can manifest in various ways – from temporary to lightning-fast. Intestinal ischemic disease can be of three types – acute mesenteric ischemia, chronic mesenteric ischemia, and colonic ischemia.
