Inflammation of the tonsils

Chondritis; Inflammation – the response of living, vascularized tissue to damage caused by a harmful factor. In terms of course, inflammation can be acute (lasting days) and chronic (lasting months, years). The main local signs of inflammation: redness, swelling, heat, pain, and dysfunction of the tissue or organ affected by inflammation.
