Parasitology
Term
It is a branch of biology that studies parasites, parasitism, and the diseases they cause. It provides a scientific basis for combating parasites and parasitic diseases. Medical parasitology examines the agents of parasitic diseases, the diseases they cause, their treatment, and prevention.
